No info from agent and booking made as promissed

Good day,

on 23 August 2013 I phoned in and asked for a accommodation for the 31 August 2013 only for the Saturday night. There was only one available at that time so I asked him to book it for me. So I waited and Eugene never came back to me as he said he would. So I phoned in later the day and he then told me it takes 24 hours. So I checked my mails again on the Saturday, but still no email from Eugene. So the Monday morning I phone in and asked where is my booking and then he is like but I send it to you. 4 hours later he then send me some bookings but not for what I asked him and his words to me is sorry that is no longer available. So 1st he didn't book my accommodation on the Friday and still haven't booked it for me on the Monday. Today 27 Augustus 2013 I get a mail "I have had word from the park and they have cancelled the booking due to the payment not being received in time. I am working on finding any accommodation available for the night of the 31st.
If I am not able to find anything I will return your money as quick as possible." So once again he didn't pre book my booking for me and he received my money for the booking on the 26 August. I now booked somewhere els.
