WRONG TICKET

This morning 7.00 I boarded the Beaconvale bus to go to Parow I gave my ticket to the driver and he showed me it is a Tygervalley ticket THIS MADE ME LATE FOR WORK I had to go home and get my sisters ticket to get to work when I bought my ticket Monday at the ticket box in town centre I asked for Parow industria, I have travelled the whole week to Parow with this ticket and just today on Friday the 13 this happen. Please ask your staff at the ticket booth to give the right ticket please. I am still very angry but what can I do late is late there is nothing I can do. I do expect something for my inconvenience. THIS WAS ON DEC13 2013

i have sent this complaint 5 days ago you people want me to go on Hello Peter i still gave you the courtesy of sending my complaint straight to you. but if you want it this way it is fine i will log my unimportant complaint on Hello Peter THIS WAS DEC 22 2013

TODAY IS DEC 24 2013 I'M SHARING TIS STORY WITH YOU BECAUSE UPTO TODAY I DID NOT GET ANY FEED BACK DISGUSTING SERVICE. :(
