PHONED IN COMPLAINT NOT FOLLOWED UP

I boarded the bus i gave my ticket to the driver and he refused to let me on the bus because he said my ticket
is expired, where the confusion comes in is with the 8 and the . i phoned the 0800656463 number gave my complaint even invited the inspector to come to my home to have a look at the ticket i had to use my new ticket. service from the drivers and i see its in the call centre to up to today i got no response from golden arrow.:(
