I booked accommodation during December 2012 via [URL Removed] Safari confirmed the accommodation and provided directions after I paid a R750 deposit. However, 15hrs before driving down to Cape Town from Pretoria I was informed by the owner of the venue Bushman Rock that they were fully booked and that we were now booked at Huam Marie at Gariep Dam. This after the owner of Bushman Rock also confirmed my booking via telephone. Knowing the accommodation at Gariep Dam we proceeded to drive! However, the accommodation was not at the Dam and was not similar to the booked accommodation and so smelly that we opted to continue our drive finding much better and cheaper accommodation in Colesburg! Needless to say that both Safari and Bushman Rock refused to refund the accommodation blaming each other. Safari instead offered to refund R250 (and Im still waiting). I will now never use [URL Removed] again nor promote them among my colleagues, family and friends.
