On the 15th of Feb my mom boarded the intercape from Durban to Johannesburg. Arrival time was 16:05 to my suprise when i got ther no one could provide answers as to why the bus was late. The bus only arrived in Johannesburg at 17:30.The driver had forgotten passagers at Escourt and they needed to go back and fetch them.By the time she departed the bus her feet were swollen im talking about a 75year old. Im just shocked it seems that time keeping is not important at all at Intercape

This morning the 19th again the bus going back to Durban was suppose to depart at 8;30 we stood there no one told us anything or apologise the bus was late it was such a terrible sight to see Pensioners waiting and no one bothered to let us know they were running late. We were all giving different stories. That the bus comes from durban and is stuck in traffic. The other staff told me the bus was stuck in centurion i wonder how possible was that because there were people who were taken from Midrand and were also waiting for the bus. What frustrates me is the lack of unprofessionalism. This is the service that we pay for. I will never let my mom use this service or me for that matter ever again.
