Lack of Service & Unprofessional

Fri 3 May intercape bus on ticket to leave vanderbijl to Port Elizabet at 17h00. At 17h10 phoned Intercape. Told bus late by hour. At 18h05 phoned intercape. Assistant phoned me back. Bus just left jhb. At 18h45 phoned again. Told bus only now leaving Jhb. Who to believe!!! Where my son & girlfriend are is dark and cold and very dangerousonly group of 5 people waiting. But Intercape doent care at all. Money paid upfront for a bus thst just isn't showing up is how they apparently operate. Never again! What isd supposed to be a fun journey has started off as a nightmare. Totally unprofessional service. One lady at intercape says delayed due to mechanical problems. Another denies it.
