1. I booked a ticket on Intercape from Bloem to PTA. I paid, or at least I thought I paid for a sleep liner but I got what seems to be a school bus. 2. Late, intercape is always late, I usually take greyhound but everytime I've been on intercape they were MORE than an hour late. I'd recommend they get a guy who just adds an hour to all their estimated arrival times. I realize that things can go wrong, but I would like to have the stats on how many times out of a hundred intercape has been on time. If 10, I'd be amazed, they are more expensive but way crappier than the other liners. 3. Feedback: "Ten minutes" turning into half an hour every time, is the intercape training centre droning their staff to just say "Ten Minutes" and then the customer will leave. If you don't know, say it. They don't care, clearly.
