I have been travelling with Inter Cape buses every time when I go to Durban & I have been impressed with their services for years BUT I will never ever uses their buses again. On the 10th January 2014 we went to Durban using Inter Cape on the 11 o'clock buss which was estimated to arrive at 18:00 pm in Durban but the buss arrived 1 hour & a few minutes late. On the 13th January we used the 11 o'clock buss returning to Johannesburg but the same thing happened we arrived late again. We got to JHB late & I was traveling with my 5 month year old baby in the dark... I'm not impressed and you have lost a custome
