My sister booked a party at the Spur in Beach road in Toti for today at 2 o'clock. We were before 2 and sat at another table waiting. 2 o'clock came and went and we could not be seated at the play area for the party because other people from previous parties were sitting there. We waited and waited. The little girls became hungry and we waited. I asked the manager on duty to assist and come with a solution to the problem. We waited. We were seated at almost 14H40. I left at almost 4 o'clock. there were parent waiting in their cars because the planning was for the kids to go home at 15h30, but because we were seated so late, the girls had their ice cream when I left. After I left, my sister contacted me to tell me that her daughter's cake was given away to someone!!! The manage paid for the party, but what is that going to help for the day that was supposed to be fun and turned out to be such a nightmare!!! Really!! This is the last time this Spur will see us!! This is so unacceptable!!! I am a teacher and I will tell this tale to whomever wants to hear to ensure that this will not happen to another little girl!!
