Last night, 27 March we left Durban for Pretoria at 20.45 and immediately when the bus took off we told the bus attendant that there is something wrong with the bus since it was making such a terrible noise. To my shock at how Intercape employees disregard passengers, attendant on duty told us this is the bus they have been given to transport us if we have any problems that its not in a good condition to travel we must phone head office. Not to our surprise as we saw it coming the bus broke down after Warden, I'm really disappointed & annoyed that if they have listened to us and acted we were not going to be inconvenienced in this manner where we now have to wait for hours to get another bus to transport us. When we foned Intercape call centre this morning to report the issue at hand they further disregarded our complaint and I had to wait on the line for more than 5 minutes and nobody was willing to assist was only told to wait.
