My kids were booked on the 13h00 bus, which arrived at 15h00! Called the contact centre, spoke to 4 people whom promised to phone me back but only 1 lady called me. Then tried the customer service in JHB 011 774 8360/26/7/8 - shocking!!! Cannot get through to anybody, just have to keep on pressing digits.
I am really appalled at their service but I guess they can do what they want as people will still travel!
