I booked translux bus for my mom from Midrand to Polokwane over the phone on sunday, they gave me a ref and all, the bus was suppose to leave at 9.30am the following day Monday, i got to the bus station at 9.00 and when it was 9.30 i started calling them just to insure the bus was still coming, they told me not to worry they will call me bac, the will check where the bus is, Mind you i still have to go back to work so i told my boss i will be dropping my mom and i will be few hours late, 10 o'clock still there was no bus, i called again and they promised to call me back in 5to 10 min, but nothing happend, 10.30am i was still there i called again, they told me the same story, 11 oclock i was still there i called NO BODY ASSITSTED ME iNSTEAD THEY GAVE ME EMPTY PROMISES AND NOW IM EVEN IN TROUBLE WITH MY BOSS, AS I SPEAK IS 11.30AM THE BUS IS NOT HERE. AND NOBODY EVER GOT BACK TO ME, THIS IS THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED, NEVER IN MY LIFE I WOULD CONSIDER ME OR MY FAMILY TO USE TRANSLUX BUSSES
