This past weekend I had the pleasure of travelling to PE with Translux. I must admit that I'm not one who usually books Translux but this time because I had no other option I did. To my delight the customer service has improved by like a 100% since the last time I travelled with Translux. The lady who was the attendant was polite, friendly and spoke through the microphone in an audible manner. I would like to say halala to Translux for taking me to PE comfortably, affordably and punctually. I would also like to recommend Translux for continuosly being a punctual travel service. The other bus companies should learn from you guys when it comes to punctuality. Thank you once again. I shan't hesitate to book Translux again when I travel and I will certainly recommend them to anyone and everyone.
