Incompetent staff

I booked a ticket for my mother who is a pensioner over the translux/city to city call centre number. The agent told me that I can collect the ticket at any translux/city to city office. My mother went to collect this morning and the person working there claimed that she cannot issue the ticket because they do not have the system. I called the call centre again and spoke to another gentlemen who at first said that can be done, and then quickly changed and said he does not know why, Malamulele maybe is a new outlet. I told him it is not new, we have been using city to city for as long as I can remember. He said I must go to shoprite. I asked to be transferred to someone else, and I spoke to a lady called Eve, who was very effecient and told me that those people are just not interested in working, if its a translux/city to city office they should print. I feel really irrritated because people just dont want to work. My mother is a pensioner, old, therefore we need to find the easiest means for her, I will not allow her to go to shoprite and follow those long queus if there are other convinient means.
