On sunday the 8th December 2013, my granny was booked on a translux bus to Umtata from Grahamstown, the departure time was 09h00, we got the pick up pt at about 8h38 & as we arrived we saw a greyhound & translux bus leaving obviously not bothered as we we early for ours. At about 9h35 I started to panick & called the reservations no & sopke to a lady who saw as gave her my ref no that I was suppose to be on a bus to Umtata, I explained to her that the bus has not yet arrived & she asked for me hold the line & she was going to find out. The next thing I knew the line was dropped. I tried again & this time the line was picke up by was a guy who was very rude & couldn't understand why I was calling, I eventually ended up dropping the line, my 3rd attempt I spoke to a lady who told me that their busses were delayed & she is not sure when the bus will be in ght, asked to find out & get back to me. I then received a call from a guy called Jabu who came with allsorts of stories, but bottom line being the bus was in ght @ 9h15 & left without my granny, which was a complete lie.
