DISMALL EPIC FAIL

OMW!!! What a disastrous trip for us passengers last friday!!! I am just going to list what was & went wrong for Greyhound on Friday, 13 Dec 2013. (Unlucky?) We had to get on some shanty, white, grey and yellow bus. The only way of knowing it was Greyhound was some poster in the window, which i pointed out was ONLY an embarrassing advert!! We PD for GREYHOUND not some contracted 2nd hand horrible bus!!! My seat was broken, arm rests didn't work, the sound system didn't/want to work (or the staff couldn't get it to work?) The hostess didn't know anything! Not what to tell us why we have to be on a bus instead of the luxury bus we pd for, she had no control over our stops or even where we were at times (we were in Hanover & she told dispatch we are in Beaufort West!). Then the 2 drivers; the one was some sort of Driver, taking horrible chances on the road and the other was not bothered to drive any faster that 75km/hour!!! Which led to the hostess not wanting him to drive cause she wants to get to CPT because of her DATE, even though the helldriver said he was tiredd! We even go lost in Vereeniging!!! REALLY!!! Greyhound is suppose to be the best??
