1. Eventual trip 22 hours
2. Greyhound broke down twice. Two bus changes.
3. Through this we missed a VERY IMPORTANT event.
4. Disgusting driver attitude towards stranded Vereeniging passenger.
5. Unroadworthy busses
6. Conclusion: FULL IMMEDIATE reimbursement of return fee, you will waive the cancellation fees.
7. Traffic department must check the roadworthiness of your busses and certification of your drivers.
8. Driver client skills will be reviewed.
9. Four words describing greyhound management, drivers and hostess - DIGUSTING, DISPICABLE, RUDE AND INCOMPETENT!!!
