I was traveling with a baby and SAA sent my luggage to the wrong destination. We landed app 9.15 and they promised to deliver it by 13.00 the same day. I had a function the evening and all my clothes were in the bag. I spoke to the person who was supposed to deliver the bag a couple of times during the day and by 17.00 his phone was off. I phoned the call centre who promised to give me feedback. They didn't get back to me. Its 22.00 I'm sitting with a baby and all my stuff is lost, I can't attend my function... What a disgrace.
