Messed up booking no way to contact them

We booked our holiday accomodation on 1July for the same place we went to last year. We specified that we want to have exactly the same accomodation as the prior year (even requesting the same unit if possible) When we received the quote, the price was substancially higher than the previous year, but because we enjoyed it so much, we decided to take it. On arrival we found that we were booked into the incorrect tipe of unit. We specified that we wanted a unit with a shower. We received a unit in a derelict state, without a shower, and very little privicy. On attempting to contact flexibreaks, we only got a message that they are closed for their christmas party, and will only be reachable on tuesday again (halfway through our holiday) in all my dealings with travel agencies, i knew that there was an after hours emergency contact, not in this case. We tried to make arrangements with the resort, whom offered us use of a shower in a unit which is out of order. They confirmed that there was units available in accordance to what we requested, this asks the question, did Flexibreaks book the most expensive unit for more commision at the expense of their customer? Dissapointed.
