So annoyed with July [URL Removed] at the moment... I asked them to be careful with my luggage as there is a straightener and hairdryer... I used the straightener just before I left for the airport... now it doesn't even switch on... cream in my suitcase were burst open... This is unacceptable... my goods is now damaged because of kulula's incompetence... that was my money now wasted... unacceptable!!!
