On 17 June 2013 (last night), I flew back from Cape Town International to Lanseria Airport in JHB. When I collected my bag I notice that something was wrong with it. Unfortunately I could not check it, because my bag was wrap. When I got home, took the wrap off my bag was SO DAMAGE!!! I'm so disappointed with Kulula at this moment, Kulula does not handle your luggage with care!! I have called Kulula this morning, but no one is willing to help!! GREAT SERVICE!! PIFFFFFF!!! I will keep Kulula responsible for the damage of my bag, and you will make sure you give me a new one!! It's time that Kulula respect the client's property!! Hope to hear back from you guys this time!!
