We booked to go to Mpumalanga with Nare Tours for the 13th Dec 2013. The full amount was fully paid to them. Two days before the 13th, we were told by Tebogo that he was not aware of our trip to Mpumalanga. Funny enough the money was fully paid to their account. He didn't even bother to have the courtesy of finding us alternative transport. On top of that we were not paid back the full amount, we were given less amount of what we paid... I mean we've already booked for accom in mpumalanga, there was no way we could cancel. Nare tours are so incompetent, everyone is passing the buck to someone, i will NEVER EVER refer anyone to them because its not the first time they do this to us.
