Ought a Toni and guy hair straightener from rosebank clicks on 7 march 2013. Last week I took the straightener and slip to clicks trade route mall to exchange as it was faulty. The manager firstly refused to help me because i didnt have the box and said I should speak to his supervisor. To say u have bunch of incompetent people working for clicks and managing the store is an understatement.
Please call me so I can explain to you about the poor service I received and that c almost 10 days later I am waiting for the manager to call my husband to resolve this issue.
I do not have the box and no where on the slip does it say I need to retain the box as the proof of purchase and I wasn't told to do so either. On the day I took the straightener to clicks and was not assisted, I purchased a Vidal Sassoon straightener and to cashier did not tell be to keep the box -- this proved my point to the manager that the cashiers do not tell the public to keep the box.
