A while back i booked a ticket to fly to Durban but the flight was cancelled because there were
too few people on the flight. Bianca Van Zyl who is the manager came up with excuses that there
was an issue with the plane which was a lie. we all had to wait another two hours till the next plane was boarding. She promised to reimburse everyone on that flight for this problem. I have contacted her and she
keeps coming up with different excuses. I advise people out there that the should not listen and have any
great hopes that mango airlines cares about their customers. Its actually Manages like this that damage the
companies Name.
