I got my first GHD on the 29th of August 2012, it was bought on the 28th August 2012 as a gift for me.
A few months later (February 2013 - 6 months) the first one didn't want to heat up.
I sent it in and GHD sent me a brand new GHD that worked correctly for a few weeks and then had exactly the same problem - It seems to me it doesn't heat up correctly.
Now it is not even five months later and the second GHD is giving me problems - It just doesn't straight my hair correctly. I use a R200 Clicks straightener that works better. It is the blossom pink straightener and I don't know what to do anymore.
So on Friday - 28 June 2013 I phoned GHD office again and the lady told me they will contact me back - the day is over and still no contact.
Was it really worth to get the fancy pink one? Or should I just throw it away now and continue with my R200 Clicks straightener??
