We especially booked an early afternoon flight on mango as we have to arrange things back at home regarding our lift from OR back to Pretoria as well as accommodation for our doggies. Bought 3 tickets for the 14:10 flight number JE248 which was apparantly delayed for 18:50!!! Stood in a huge line for 30minutes and then everyone was told a new plane was arranged for 15:00.It is now 15:33 and the plane is delayed (for now) for 15:55.I am furious with mango as they are not prepared to put us on another flight for something that is their own fault. We will NEVER AGAIN fly on mango airlines as this is unacceptable and the staff have a no-care attitude!!!
