Confusion regarding flights

My flight was scheduled to board at 19:10 on the 2nd February 2014. However when I got to the boarding gate this flight was indicated as delayed with boarding time at 21:25. I then decided to pay an extra fee to sit in a lounge as we all know to unexpectedly waiting at an airport is uncomfortable and irritating. There is certainly valid reasons why I did not select the later flight. While in the lounge I've checked the Flight tracker for mango flights - Yes - the flight is delayed. I decided to contact Mango to double check the time on the flight. No answer was give with a promise to phone be back - well - I am still waiting for that phone call. My point is: I paid extra for something that is not my fault, did Mango stand up and apologise for the confusion in delay? NO. after boarding we waited another hour in the plane for passengers who received the message that the flight is delayed, yet NO ownership was taken by Mango. I want to be reimburse for my extra expensive as this would not have happened if Mango Airlines actually knew what they are doing
