I had a ticket booked on Mango Airlines on friday, 3/05/2013 and due to an over turned truck and the highway being closed i knew i was going to miss my flight so called the mango call centre and greeted by the most rude lady and offered no help what so ever to get me on a later flight or anything... My boyfriend on the other hand booked with KULULU (Which i should have done aswell) was accomadated with a later flight... I had no control over this.very upset and i will NEVER use mango airlines again..KULULA ALL THE WAY
