I went to get a 140 in the afternoon. We were waiting in the line to get booked in at 1.oo we got to the check in at 110.when we got to the front of the line the lady said we cant let you on plane. Because you late I told her that we have to get on this flight as the guy had to be in jb for 5 that evening for competition it was a international competition.she said nothing she can do there was still 30 min left for that flight. So I went to the help desk the lady there told me nothing she can do. They will charge me 1345 rand and put him on night plane but that would not help. So I then had to find a plane for him to get on. Ibooked him with kulua and they booked him that flight was leaving at 240 .They told him he can board at 210 that means 30 min before the time they only start to board.so how come that he could not get on the plane 30min before the time on your flight. I think you must refund me for this ticket that then cost me 1700rand. I f you do not fix this problem then I am prepared to take this further.
