Bad and bias service from Mango airlines Cape Town

I was booked on the 16h45 mango JE0348 flight to Durban on the 7th November 2013. at 13h11 I ran to the check in counter of Mango to try and get onto the Mango flight to Durban that departs at 13h55.. They referred me to the ticket office, which sent me to counter 63 or 93, this counter was unmanned. At 13h30 I approached a lady that was assisting a check in clerk, assuming she was the supervisor and asked if she can please get me on the 13h55 Mango flight to Durban. No was the answer as all the paper work was done. I said I could make the flight, please phone someone. The next moment a male client rushed in and said he is booked on the 13h55 flight could he still make it. She said the flight is closed, has he checked in on line, he said no, but he only has hand luggage he will make it, he confirmed this twice. I stepped back and turned toward the normal queue. The next thing, the client moved towards the boarding gates. I went to get her name she said his secretary checked him in. I checked in for my 16h45 flight, The saddest of this entire situation is that I went through the boarding gates and sat down at gate 12A, and there the Durban flight was still docked.
