After holding for half an hour after calling JNB: 27 11 086 6100 whilst being reassured constantly I was number one in the queue I finally get through to a very despondent young lady. I ask what is mango airlines cancellation policy only to be told tickets are non refundable but can be changed to someone elses name, so I ask how do you do that only to be transferred immediately to another call centre who do not answer! How absolutely disgusting! Is it SO MUCH EFFORT TO ANSWER A SIMPLE QUESTION and can you not TEACH YOUR CALL CENTRE OPERATORS MANNERS? And what about increasing your staff? And what is this non-refundable ticket? I am sure this contravenes the national consumer act???
