Faillure to deliver reservations for Holday

We have been trying to get reservations since July 2013, no reservations at any of their resorts or in a location close to Johannesburg could be provided to ourselves for the weekend of the 8th of November 2013 which is out of season. After numerous phone calls, emails ect no accommodation could be provided by The Holiday club the remainder of the year. We are getting to the end of the year and 5point will be forfeited as no accommodation could be provided. Furthermore we have to pay R3052 per year for reservation fees, however when requesting accommodation no accommodation is available. We have accumulated 2 years of point in order to have enough to go away for a weekend which is reservations for the 2 year this is more than R6000 and they cannot even give a weekend for that. They promise to come back to you, however there is no response. They just pull up their shoulders and you must pay otherwise they threaten you with legal action but they cannot provide service. If you want to sell your point the point is only worth R250 for 6points and we paid R11000 and they failed to tell us how little the point are worth, at the time they told us that you will be able to take a week a year.
