Reading the Daily Times today 04 /06/13 got me thinking -so visit to Hello Peter.
A lass looked for the holiday club and all the complains and nothing different to mine over the last ten years.
1) Fees go up with a sad excuses
2) Never accommodation on the date that I want
3) If I don't use my points by a specific time frame then ones points are forfeited, then I am forced to use the point when not desired
4) I can go on and on with the issues I have had in the past -The holiday clubs response "we will get some to contact you " with the same result in my opinion - their attitude is "we can do what we want and their is noting you as a paying member can do to us ", I tried to sell my points and was offered a 1/3 of purchased cost.
