During 2012 I was told by reservations that the bookings for 2014 opened in April 2013. When I tried to do a reservation during April 2013 I was told that nothing was available. When I queried this I was told that reservations for the specific place should be made months earlier. How that could be possible is beyond me.
I queried this and was told that the place in question does not belong to the Holiday Club and that my name would be placed on a waiting list. If that is the case How come they advertise availability for the whole year in their brochure?
