We've been trying to book a holiday for any week in Feb 2014 at numerous resorts and keep being told that resorts have either not been released for next year or that no accommodation is available. One of their consultants phoned to assist us with a booking as some of our points were going to expire and suggested we try Drakensberg Gardens resort. When trying to book the following day we were informed that this resort was no longer part of the holiday club. We have tried to find accommodation in the Western Cape and Southern Drakensberg.
It seems apparent that Holiday Club is either not able to keep their resorts or they are grossly oversold. Either way this leaves us paying for a service that is not being provided. I've thought about selling our points but who would want to buy them?
