My daughter and some friends booked their matric holiday through flight centre in May 2013. The full amount was paid in August 2013 and all the necessary confirmations provided for their accommodation and flights. This morning we get to Lanseria Airport for their flight to Durban, only to find that two of the flight tickets were not booked with [URL Removed] They just shrugged their shoulders and said we need to contact flight centre regarding the the problem. Turns out you cannot get hold of anyone from flight centre on a Sunday, not even on the emergency numbers. Kulula refused to assist even with the original flight centre tickets. The Teens had to be on the flight as they had already booked and paid their shuttles, accommodation etc and had to check in on the MSC Opera. Out of desperation we had to book and pay a new flights at an astronomical R6600!! This is so unacceptable! Especially when the bookings were paid for and confirmed months before!
