Metrorail gaurds are becoming abusive.what are their duties? Are they placed on stations and trains to attack and verbally abuse the people who travels by train.they walk in groups physically harm people, swear at them, remove their monthly tickets, threatens that if they dont pay a R60 fine they will be locked up.they even telling us if we not happy with their services we must not use it.are they even aware that if we dntuse the sevice they wnt have a jjob.these people must be removed and metro rail must find a different way for people to buy tickets.they good for nothing.there was a clip on the news proving how they hit people but what the is being done.who the is in charge.i have had bad experience with these pathetic non educated abusive illiterate guards and im not even sorry to say this but i hope u guys loose your jobs and get treated the way you all treat us.
