Poor service delivery

I am currently travelling from and to work using metrorail train, i am staying in tembisa and working in pretoria. i buy a monthly ticket every month.my problem is that metrorail assigned more trains to johannesburg in the peak hours, morning, and the ones to pretoria are only few. and on top of that we buy monthly tickets but you may find out that the trains wont run on time only few days, the rest of the days you have to use taxi to work with extra cost. the other thing is that, we only have few trains assigned to us commuters travelling to pretoria in the morninga, from last year there were trains that were cut off without even notifying us, they will keep on saying they are running late or they have powerfail in between stations but surprisingly the business express never get affected. and all pretoria destinations trains always running on time and they have enough trains. why cant metrorail consider their service for commuters travelling from jhb to pretoria in the mornings.
this kind of a service is not acceptable because we are paying but no service provided and we are always late at work and getting late home. please help us with this issue
