Dear Metrorail,
I am forwarding you my displeasure about the way you treat us as your customers. There were no trains today, and we waited for hours at Inhlanzane Station. There was no explanation forthcoming from your side. And finally when a train came, passengers shoved, pushed and trampled on each other to get space. It's so disheartening to see people scramble for a service they pay for in advance. You treat us like sardines and dirt. I guess its because most of your loyal customers are from poor backgrounds, hence you don't take them seriously. I sometimes don't blame people that resort to burning your trains because it seems like its the only language you understand.
From a customer!
