I was traveling with my wife to Cape Town for a weekend wedding, on the way back to Johannesburg we get told that we can't combine our luggage into one bag as we are 2 kg over the allowance for one person and we need to pay for the extra kilos or take the kilos out and check them in separately?! so we are allowed 20Kg each, we have 22kg TOGETHER and we are asked to pay for the difference, even though it was fine on the way to Cape Town with the same amount of weight... we have traveled many times with kulula and this is likely the last time
