No help from Mango

I received an SMS saying that my flight is delayed with no indication of what time it was scheduled to leave OR Tambo, I tried all Mango's contact numbers and all are disconnected. Are the lines disconnected because the call center does not want to take calls?
My flight is today, How am I to know when I must go to the airport if I just get a random SMS saying that my flight is delayed.
