Hi, have had the miss- fortune of flying Mango from Johannesburg to Cape Town Airport yesterday (last night) the flight details is JE 149. The flight was supposed to leave Johannesburg Airport at 5.15. I received an sms from your automated sms centre indicating the flight is delayed by one hour. I arrived at the airport only to find that the flight was in fact delayed by 3 and a half hours and not 1 hours as was indicated in your sms. When we eventually took off and the pilot made the bold attempt to land the aeroplane but to no avail. The plane then turned back to Johannesburg airport "I have no issue with the pilot or your air staff" HOWEVER what absolute CAOS when we arrived back at Johannesburg Airport MANGO WAS
o UNPREPARED
o UNDERSTAFFED
o UNORGINIZED
AND FRANKLY UNINFORMATIVE

And for this I paid R 2 484.00 what an absolute JOKE, MOCKERY

I fly twice a week and I can assure you Mango will be my last choice of carrier in future.

All I can say is wow... what a disappointment
