Flight Delay - No communication - Lost bags

My Family and i Booked Mango flight 706 on the 15 Feb 2013 at 8pm to lanseria, the flight Was delayed the Gate number changed multiple times with no communication or announcement from Mango,

then the Flight was delayed almost 3 hours and again no response or any mango staff present to assist us,

after the passengers caused a riot and police was called we was offered a SAA flight to OR tambo Airport, we agreed to this as we urgently needed to be in JHB and was told our already checked in bags will be transferred to the new flight and destination,

On arrival at OR Tambo no bags was there, all mango staff had gone home and couldn't assist,

we called Lanseria airport and was told it could be possible that mango didn't more the bags and was still on the delayed flight which was now eta of 12:30 am, in the storm we had to drive to lanseria airport in Hope that our bags was there, and luckily it was,

we understand that delays occur, but the way mango provided no communication and a don't care attitude to assist or let us know what is happening is not acceptable, we paid good money for this flight, and now had to spend more on new transport etc
