Still waiting for refund on cancelled bus ticket

I cancelled a bus ticket from Parys to Bloemfontein with Translux, and send all the documentation to Prudence on 086 6263143 on the 13th of November 2013 @12:09.
The client service telephone number 011 774 8326 / 7 is only ringing and had no feedback from Translux whatsoever when they will refund me my money.
