Unacceptable behaviou

I don't have the the 4digit bus number but it can't be that difficult to track down the 8am freeway bus from town centre to town today. Never have a I felt so humiliated and belittled in my life. This driver firstly didn't allow the elderly people to get on the bus with their clipcards and bluntly lying to their faces saying this is not the 8am bus and that they should take the next, then he charges half the people half price and the other half full price. When we questioned him, he says we should speak to golden arrow and he doesn't care, etc! What is that? This man was so rude I am sick to my stomach to think how he treated myself and many others much older than him with no respect and no customer service. If I had it my way I would want this man to apologise to us because no1 could reason with this man he was just too darn rude to allow anyone to speak to him. To top it all we left our origin 20min later of which I'm going to be really late for work. A job I just started 2wks ago. I seriously hope this matter will be dealt with...
