I made a telephonic booking, made a bank transfer payment, sent the proof of payment to Translux, got a reply with a reference number and confirmation of my booking. On the day that I made use of Translux' service; I was treated worse than climinals do in this country. The host told me that I had not paid for the ticket as my reference number could not be traced. All of this happened while I was on the bus. the bus even stopped somewhere along the journey so I could be interrogated some more. At the scheduled rest place; The inspector all but threatened me. I felt like I was in an apatheid movie. I had to use my own resources to communicate with their call centre to get this sorted. This was by far the worst travel experience that I have ever had!
