Hi, I made a booking with Translux and cancelled my trip which I was told if I want a refund I have to call the national call centre, the booking was for me and my daughter. I used one ticket and now getting a refund is a mission let alone trying to get a sit on the bus. Everytime I'd book I am told theres space and when I give them the ref no and they turn around saying it's fully booked. Tha last time the hostess refuse to take me as a stand by saying I should have taken another bus as she is full. Now All I want is my money back.
