I battle since 2 March to get a refund for my ticket and nobody assist me with this. Then Antia Mhlambi from the refund department said they await for my e-mail, of which I sent 12 April. I still didn't get any response from them. I do realize that they went on strike as the voice recording was stating that. But please if their is someone that still work in the admin of Translux will they please respond or will I been forced to take the route of the media
