I have booked a flight to Durban for May 2014. I no longer needed to go to Durban and I called to cancel my flight and pay for the administration fee or cancelation fee. But I was told that no refund will be given. This is not acceptable I am giving 6 month advanced notice but to not get any money back is ridiculous. The call centre customer care agencies are very rude. They don't explain information to you that I had to phone 4 times to finally get hold of the manager. I should be getting my money back even if a cancellation fee is taken off it. But to get no money back on an expensive flight is not right!!! Don't fly Kulula. Save your time and money and go else where.
