I am so disappointed in Kulula' I booked a flight for my fiance with kulula now in March. I received a reminder on the 13 March about his flight that was to depart at 1:00. I then Received an email again on the 18th March to tell me the flight has been delayed and will depart out of OR Tembo at 4:00pm then on the 20 march I again received an email telling me that the flight will now be only departing at 4:55. After this second email over a period of 2 days I decided to call the kulula call centre to ask why the is a delay as well as the correct times that He was to fly as I was now very upset and confused. To my surprise the call centre said to me that the flight was to leave at 3:00 by this time he was still over 200km away from the airport as he was under the impression He was only going to leave at either 4:00 or 4:55 after racing off to the airport afraid He was going to miss his flight, I called the call centre again to double check and again they said it departs at 3:00. When my fianc? got there to book in they said the flight will only depart after 5:00. This is not acceptable, kulula really stuffed us around and given us a different look at kulula.
